Absolutely loved the place, I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone! Walking distance to all the restaurants and shops, beautiful interior and everything was clean and neat. Fully equipped for self catering needs! Definitely ticked all of my boxes when I search for accommodation.

It is a two large bedroom apartment above a shop. Is well equipped and has a nice view to the mountains from the living room. Everything is walkable which is nice. Secure parking at the back for the car. Is an easy place to spend more than a few days.

Absolutely amazing!! We had a wonderful stay. Amazing host. We experienced a wonderful art exhibition at the store recommended by our host and it was amazing! We thoroughly loved it! My heart is full we will certainly be back.

We had a lovely time at The Loft. Unit itself is quite spacious. Well equipped for everything you'd need for a self catered stay. Views are lovely and the location is perfect for strolling around the town. Our host was great as well. Responding to our questions and needs quickly.

I would give it 10 stars if possible. One of our best stays in Clarens. Our host was responsive from the day we booked and provided an elaborate guideline on how to arrive at her place and all things necessary to make our stay comfortable. The place is a walk away from all the restaurants and looks even better in person! Definitely coming back.

The Studio is pure perfection! Everything is clean and well looked after. We paid ahead for the gas fireplace which is a wonderful addition, particularly in winter. The bed is VERY comfy and the shower works perfectly! We found the kitchen to be extremely well stocked for every meal option! The location of The Studio is also excellent. It is central enough to be able to walk around Clarens easily, but set back from the main street so it is very quiet and private. Our host is a friendly hostess and very responsive to messages. She kept me in the loop about events and is a nice, friendly person in general. Thank you Anèl for the perfect stay, we will most definitely book with you for future Clarens breaks.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the loft. The property was comfortable, clean, cosy and with beautiful views. Everything you'd need is provided, the fire place and heated blankets worked a treat on a chilly evenings. On warm days the balcony with Mountain View's was wonderful. Sofas and beds were incredibly comfortable. Our host was extremely welcoming, responsive and helpful. Our flight was cancelled and our host allowed us to stay longer at her property as well as recommend other places to stay. We were central enough to always have access to restaurants and shops but tucked away slightly so that it was still peaceful. Highly recommended stay! We hope to be back again soon

Great location within walking distance of Clarens restaurants, shops, and hiking trails but off the main road so very quiet at night. Bed and couch were very comfortable, and bath was great on a cold winter night. Would stay here again!

A beautiful apartment. It is spacious and welcoming. The kitchen is well equipped and well laid out. The lounge is beautifully decorated and the outdoor terrace offers a fantastic view. The apartment is in the hart of Clarens, in walking distance from many shops and good restaurants. We used it as base for walks in the majestical Golden Gate area.

Our host's place is perfectly located, a few meters from the center of Clarens. Absolutely perfect if you want to park your vehicle and explore Clarens on foot.

If you're going to stay in Clarens, DO NOT miss this place! My wife and I stayed here on the way out to the Drakensberg mountains and chose to stay again on our way back. This is probably the nicest and also best value place we've stayed at... spacious, clean, comfortable, secure, 20 second walk to the main square. It is awesome. The views from the deck are amazing as well. This place has it all, and more! Plus, our host is great. 10/10 would recommend and would stay again!

We also appreciated how easy and convenient the kitchen is to use with all the extras that you provided as well as the comfortable bed and linen and the beautiful bathroom. This is a beautiful relaxing space and everything about our stay was really lovely and we didn't want to leave today. The weber also helped us to feel right at home with being able to braai. We had a fabulous stay and loved being in the centre of Clarens. Every last detail has been thought of, gorgeous linen, beautiful hand soap and cream, full kitchen etc. The only complaint is that we should have stayed longer!

Ah this is a gem! Such a beautifully furnished and neat place with all that you need for a wonderful stay. It has spectacular views from the balcony, the perfect spot to relax and have a meal. The host gave us such a warm welcome and was easily accessible. There is so much to do in and around Clarens. It's definitely worth travelling to for a holiday trip. We had such a good time!

We've been visiting Clarens for more than 10 years and go at least once a year. The Studio was the best accommodation we've ever had, considering all things. Spotless, tasteful decorations and furnishings, everything one needs whether you are self-catering or dining out. Great bed, bathroom and the kitchen has everything you need. The gas fireplace in the living space is a welcome addition for those colder winter days. You are in the center of town, yet, just out of the hustle bustle over a busy weekend. Easy access to everything, no need to use your vehicle once you have arrived. Check-in was easy and our host was always available for questions or suggestions. She is a SUPERHOST! Definitely staying here again in future.

We had a wonderful stay in Clarens and this was largely because of our host's superb accommodation. The Loft is spacious, very tastefully decorated and is equipped with everything you need. The unit was immaculate when we arrived. We never noticed loadshedding while in the unit because it is powered by solar power and an inverter and geysers and stove work on gas. They have jo-jo tanks for storing water in case of municipal water supply issues. It is very centrally located and there are many restaurants within walking distance. The patio has great views of the surrounding mountains and we enjoyed having sundowners on it every evening. Our host recommended the walking trails in the conservancy that surrounds the village and these are well worth it. You need a permit, and a map is useful - both of these are available from Big Blue Karoo Handmade. We would love to visit Clarens again and our preferred accommodation would definitely be The Loft!

The apartment was walking distance to tourist attractions, restaurants, trinket stores, and it is within the heart of the town. This is definitely the perfect place to stay in Clarens.
